Mary Dwyer, the developer of a proposed mixed-use building in Linden Hills, released a rendering of the project, known as 4250 Upton.
Dwyer is proposing a three-level, 42-foot building with 18 condo units. It would also have 6,000 feet of commercial space on the first floor.
This is Dwyer’s second attempt to develop the site. His first proposal, Linden Corner, failed because neighbors opposed the height of the project, which was going to be 59 feet.
Dwyer, in an e-mail to the Southwest Journal said the design is by TEA2 Architects and Momentum Design Group.
